Tashkent Botanical Garden named after Academician Fyodor Rusanov is one of the largest not only in the city, but also in the country. It belongs to the structural division of the Institute of Plant Gene Pool of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. Part of the park is occupied by the famous Tashkent Zoo.
In the Tashkent Botanical Garden, the plants of Central Asia, the flora of Europe, the Caucasus Mountains, as well as China and North America are represented in greenhouses, greenhouses and open ground. In addition, the exhibition presents medicinal plants, ornamental varieties of fruit trees and shrubs. Lush flowers of beauty and health, characterized by growing in the tropical and subtropical climate zone: papaya, giant furcea, mullenbechia leaves, breadfruit, Coffee tree and myrtle.
