The order of their preparation and conduct was approved by the decree and resolution of the president on February 26, 2021. The texts of the documents were published at Uza.

The festival "Oriental ceremonies" will be held in Samarkand, its organizational structure was approved by the decree. General directorate of festival of the Ministry of culture was determined for preparation and holding of the event.

Within the framework of the Festival, will be held an international scientific and practical conference on the theme "prospects for the development of traditional music of the peoples of the East", special round tables, presentations and master classes with the participation of local and foreign experts.
